Bonnie and Clyde Trucking LLC is looking for dependable Class A CDL drivers who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and value safety.
Our drivers support agricultural, construction, bulk, specialized, and regional freight operations throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Driver Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
At least 25 years old
Good motor vehicle record
Ability to pass required background and safety screenings
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Commitment to company and customer safety requirements
Reliable transportation to the assigned truck

Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the basic driver requirements, preferred applicants will have:
TWIC card
Hopper bottom, end dump, belt trailer, or step deck experience
Experience delivering to farms, plants, terminals, construction sites, or industrial facilities
Familiarity with electronic logs and shipping documents

Company Driver — FAQ

A valid Class A CDL is required for company driver positions.

Applicants must have at least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

Drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Not for every position. A TWIC card is required for certain loads, customers, terminals, or assignments.

Opportunities may include hopper bottom, end dump, step deck, and power-only freight, depending on experience and availability.

Most positions are local or regional, with drivers home nightly on many assignments. Routes vary by customer and contract.

Company drivers are typically paid 25% of the load, with weekly direct deposit.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Drivers are responsible for managing their own taxes and are not classified as W-2 employees.

Most work is Monday through Friday, but occasional weekend availability may be requested depending on customer needs.
